Mushroom bechamel

for 2:
- 1/2 union
- mushrooms (e.g. 12 small ones)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flower
- nutmeg, salt and pepper
cut union and mushrooms, fry unions, add mushrooms, fry for a short time, add milk, let it boil.
in another pot, melt the butter, add flower, mix (don't use too much heat, shouldn't turn brown). Add milk-mushroom mixture, let boil.
add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
