first try:

  • 56 g powder sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk (=220g)
  • ~<1cup heavy whipping cream (=166g)
  • 1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
  • juice and zest from 3 small lemons (=34g)

outcome: taste ok, not that smooth after freezing (breaks up in small crumbles), slight butter film on spoon
