Filled mushrooms

(for two)

  • 10 big mushrooms
  • 1 small can tomato puree
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can cream
  • 200 gramm grated cheese
  • salt and pepper

Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Cut stems and garlic very fine, add tomato puree and mix with salt and pepper. Fill mushrooms with mixture and put them in a backing form. Add cream and cheese and bake for roughly 20 min. at 200C.
